All Packages are currently taking between 24-48 hours to process and ship from our facility. We are located and ship our orders from New York. With the carriers we use, please understand they do not count the day a package is picked up, Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays to be shipping/business days.

Free Shipping: Paintballwarehouseny.com  retail customers located within the 48 contiguous states are eligible for free shipping on their order of $99 or more. Sorry but this promotion is only available for residents in this area. If your order qualifies for free shipping and you choose free shipping, Paintballwarehouseny.com  will choose the least expensive shipping option that is available to us. Some of these options come with tracking information and some of them do not.

Shipping Insurance: Shipping insurance is available for all orders whether you choose Free Shipping, FedEX or USPS Shipping options. The shipping insurance category as well as the signature required option are available in the bottom of the main paintball menu on the left hand side of your page. If no shipping insurance is purchased, Paintballwarehouseny.com will not be held accountable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For Fedex packages, if no insurance is purchased, it will be covered up to $99.

We currently use FedEX, UPS and USPS for shipping packages. If your order happens to contain an item that is out of stock, then we will attempt to contact you promptly so that we can replace, refund, or back-order any necessary item(s). If we do not receive a response back within 3 business days, then we will automatically refund the out of stock item(s) and ship out the rest of the order.
